After a long and painful labor I had baby Emma on September 5th at 4:56am. We both had fevers so she had to be rushed to the NICU right after she was born. She only had to stay there a few hours before they brought her back to me. Those hours felt like days all I wanted to do was hold her. She is now doing really well. We had to stay a couple of days at the hospital which is much better than what they had originally thought.
Dale and I were fortunate to have both mom's here to help us for the first week. It has been great having them and they will be missed. They have helped us with everything and even bought us some needed things for the baby. I really don't know what we would have done without them.
